At School Basix, we ensure you a hassle-free shopping experience, where you can confidently make purchases. We have a blanket no questions asked 100% return policy for all unused products bought from within seven days of being delivered to you.

The product to be returned/exchanged should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that clothes and footwear are not used (other than trials), altered, washed, soiled, or damaged. Retain original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in a safe condition with the product.

However, damage due to misuse of product is not covered under the policy. Consumable products that have been used or installed cannot be returned. Socks and clothing freebies are ineligible for returns. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are likewise unavailable.

Replacement can be for the full product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.

Returns/Replacements or any other enquiries can be made by calling 09600833114. Phone lines and whatsapp will be open between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM Monday to Saturday. In case of exchange, your products will be picked up in 3-5 working days by our delivery partners. Any replacements for size required can be stated during the call.

How can I cancel items in my order?

You can cancel the product in your order, within 24 hours of placing the order except when your order has already been processed and shipped.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you ask for the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund, should you make any payment at the time of placing the order. You will be notified of the same. Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, School Basix will complete the removal and initiate the refund to the source of the payment method.

Refund Policy

Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt of your item to process any returns. Where the first payment was made by credit/debit card, we will refund any price to the original card that was used. Where an order was paid for by cash on delivery, refunds will be made by bank transfer / NEFT.

Your payment will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days of you making the cancellation request – (in any case of a refund we would only refund the payment once we have received the product back at our-seller’s warehouse) –  Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by School Basix. Should there be any delays caused at the end of School Basix, we will update you of the same. School Basix shall not be responsible for (a) any delays caused by the banks in making the refund, and (b) delay in processing the refund by School Basix of not more than 15-20 days. In the above-enumerated cases, School Basix’s liability shall be limited to the amount of refund.
